The Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs (INL) at the US Embassy in Bogota, Colombia has a recurring need for A&E services below the Simplified Acquisition Threshold (SAT). As allowed per Department regulations, INL Bogota will follow the short A&E selection process and rely on qualifications statements maintained on file with INL Bogota. Interested firms shall submit credentials for both the Primary Firm and for Key Personnel and Consultants of all the information pertinent to the selection criteria. Submit three (3) bound copies of the Standard Form 330 no later than 4:00 pm local time on November 30, 2021, to ramirezgs@state.gov.
