The purpose of this firm fixed price contract is to for once a year preventive maintenance (PM) of USG split A/C units, once every four months preventive maintenance of USG A/C split units, inspections, replacements and new installation services of USG split A/C units, at the compound and Residences in charge of the US Embassy in Asuncion in accordance with Attachment A. The contract will be for a one-year period from the date of the contract award, with 4 one-year options. The Government will order all work by issuing task orders. This is an indefinite-delivery indefinite-quantity type contract under which may be placed firm-fixed price task orders.
