This sources sought is for staffing for the coordination, development and execution of the Department of State’s Bureau of Counterterrorism (CT), Crisis Response and Technical Policy Directorate’s Counterterrorism Preparedness Program (CTPP) effort and related programs. This support may include but is not limited to initiatives such as national level counterterrorism exercises overseas in support of the National Security Council (NSC) directed mission, International Security Events Group (ISEG), CT Technical Programs, Hostage Affairs Working Group (WG), Weapons of Mass Destruction Working Group (WMDSG), Homeland Security, Special Activities Coordination, Multilateral Affairs and other efforts as required at the direction of CT. This effort will require one Senior Program Manager and one Program Manager to perform the following tasks: 1. Assisting with the coordination, development, design, and execution of Counter terrorism/Crisis Response and Technical Policy (CT/CRTP) preparedness programs, providing administrative, development, and implementation to support CT/CRTP initiatives. 2. Analyzing policy, capabilities and technical requirements for threat-based research and development and science and technology to combat terrorism. Facilitating and attending meetings to support any CT/CRTP initiatives. 3. Administrative support, to include maintenance and improvement to a historical library of action items developed following activities in support of Counter Terrorism Perparedness Program (CTPP) initiatives. This announcement is a sources sought to establish interest only. The Government intends to compete this effort as a small business set aside.
