This is a sources-sought notice for logistics support for the continued effective operations of training activities and conferences in both the United States and overseas. This is not a request for proposals and does not obligate the Government to award a contract. The U.S. Department of State, Office of Export Control Cooperation (ISN/ECC) has a requirement for EXBS Events & Training Support Services. The Contractor will provide travel arrangements, lodging, event space rental, A/V and food services, translation services, and interpreters for senior policy exchanges, international visits, and training events in the United States and overseas (referred to as “Event(s)” moving forward). This sources-sought notice requires interested contractors to indicate their ability to fulfill the requirements stipulated in the attached draft Statement of Work (SOW).
