The U.S. Department of State (DOS), Office of Acquisitions Management, is seeking an experienced industry partner(s) for the provision of defined acquisition technology platforms and associated content/services. The purpose of this RFI is to obtain feedback from industry as a means of assisting DOS with conducting market research. The RFI addresses two different technology platforms. One is Reverse Auction services, and the other is an Acquisition Knowledge Management Portal & Newsletter. The portal and newsletter would include, for example, the latest acquisition news, best practices, guides and checklists, and other acquisition tools. Attached are additional details regarding the required services, a market survey questionnaire, and instructions for completing and submitting the questionnaire.
