This request for information (RFI)/sources sought (SS) is being issued for informational and planning purposes. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL/QUOTE nor is it to be construed as a commitment by the Government. The information requested will be used as market research to facilitate decision making (i.e., determining acquisition strategy, small business concerns, etc.) and will not be disclosed outside the Government. Proprietary information submitted shall be appropriately marked. Please note that the Government will NOT be responsible for any costs incurred by interested parties in responding to this RFI/SS. The Government requests that prospective Contractors complete and return a Capabilities Statement to determine current ability to meet the objectives and requirements of the Performance Work Statement (PWS). Additionally, the Government seeks comments from industry regarding the draft PWS to clarify any ambiguities. Refer to the attached documents for submission instructions, PWS, and AV Specifications Rev 5.
