The Embassy of the United States in Greece will launch the solicitation on the beta.SAM.gov website when it is available. The requirement is for cell phone services for the Embassy of the United States of America in Athens and its affiliated offices in Thessaloniki, Greece. The anticipated performance period is for a base year, with two one-year option periods, if exercised by the Government. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which will be considered. The estimated annual usage is 800,000 minutes. The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price type contract. All contractors have to be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://www.sam.gov prior to contract award pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7. Therefore, prospective offerors are encouraged to register prior to the submittal of quotations/proposals.
