The government intends to issue a sole-source modification to Chemonics International Inc. under the GHSC-PSM contract to extend the period of performance by 12 months and realign budget at no additional cost. The extension is needed to ensure continuity of services and to complete deliveries and hand-over of quality-assured, life-saving commodities and services. It will also support the program’s transition to new mechanisms and the contract’s closeout.
