Accordingly, the solicitation is amended as follows: 52.204-7 is substituted with 52.204-7 with its Alternate I. Offerors are required to be registered in SAM as soon as possible. If registration is not possible at the time of proposal submission, the successful offeror shall be registered in SAM prior to contract award.
