See attachments section. This pre-solicitation notice provides notice of the Government's intent to issue a solcitation for Multi-Functional Devices leasing and management services. Place of Performance: Washington DC metropolitan area, Charleston, SC, and other U.S. territories. Period of Performance: One (1) Year Base Period with Four (4) one-year Option Periods Competition Procedures: Total Small Business Set Aside Basis of Award: Best Value/Trade Off Contract Type: Firm Fixed Price (FFP) The approximite schedule is as follows: The pre-solicitation notice will be posted for at least fifteen (15) calendar days. On or about December 14, 2022, the Government plans to post the solicitation on SAM.gov estimated on or around December 14, 2022. No paper copies will be mailed. The Question and Answer (Q&A) period opens with the posting of the solicitation and ends on the date specificed in Section L of the solicitation. All announcements and amendments made to the solicitation will be posted on SAM.gov. Only emails following the Q&A instruction in Section L of the solicitation will be accepted. No other emails or phone calls will be accepted. Quoters shall be knowledgeable in written and spoken English, shall be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM.gov) in order to be eligible for award and shall possess a Final Facilities Clearance at the SECRET level at the time of quote submission.
