The U.S. Embassy in ANKARA requires preventive maintenance services for the elevators identified in safe, reliable, and efficient operating condition. The Contractor shall provide all necessary managerial, administrative, and direct labor personnel, and as well as all necessary transportation, equipment, tools, repair parts, supplies and materials required to perform inspection, maintenance, repair, and component replacement as required to maintain the elevators in accordance with the manufacturer's specifications.

The prices shall include all labor, materials, insurance, overhead, and profit. The Government will pay the Contractor at the satisfactory completion of services upon receipt of a proper invoice. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered. The Government plans to issue the solicitation no earlier than December 27, 2023. This solicitation will be issued via the website of the Embassy of the United States in Ankara. No paper copies will be mailed.
