The United States Consulate General in Casablanca, Morocco will launch the solicitation on SAM.Gov website when it is ready. The solicitation will be for a Dedicated Internet Channel for an agency at the US Consulate General in Casablanca, Morocco. The Government intends to award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the company responsible whose quotation conforms to the solicitation and represents the best value to the Government, price and other factors considered utilizing FAR 13 Comparative Evaluation. The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price type contract. All vendors have to be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database (https://www.sam.gov) prior to solicitation submission. Therefore, prospective offerors must be registered in SAM prior to the submittal of their proposal. The guidelines for registration in SAM are also available at https://sam.gov/content/home All offerors will be required to submit a Cybersecurity Supply Chain Risk Management (C-SCRM) Questionnaire and C-SCRM Software Producer Attestation Form as part of their offer.
