The U.S Embassy Lusaka Zambia requires the following service: Supply and delivery of Solar PV systems to the U.S Embassy in Lusaka, Zambia. The U.S. Government intends to award contracts to a qualified offeror that meets the solicitation requirements. The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price type contract. The Embassy of the United States in Lusaka, Zambia will launch the solicitation on the System for Award Management (SAM.gov) website when it is available. All contractors must be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://www.sam.gov prior to submitting an offer pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7. Therefore, prospective offerors are encouraged to register prior to the submittal of quotations/proposals. Failure to register at the time of proposal submission may deem the offeror’s proposal to be considered non responsible. This opportunity is subject to 52.229-12 - Tax on Certain Foreign Procurements (FEB 2021)” (see template).
