The United States Embassy in Harare requires professional services and contractor cost proposals to perform preventive maintenance services of the facility’s Medium Voltage Switchgear. The Contractor shall provide the labor, tools, and materials required to perform all preventive maintenance as outlined in this SOW. Embassy staff have service manuals for transformers and the MV switchgear on-site. The Embassy intends to conduct a pre-quotation conference at the site, The pre-proposal conference will be held on Thursday 11 Sept at 10.00am (Harare Time) at the U.S. Embassy New Compound in Bluffhill, Harare. Prospective offerors/quoters should contact complete the attached Access form and email it to HarareGSOProurement@state.gov by Wednesday 10 September before 1200 noon to arrange entry to the building. Quotations are due by 23 September 2025, 1700hrs (Harare Time) and must be must be submitted electronically to HarareGSOProcurement@state.gov
