These services shall result in all systems being serviced under this agreement being in good operational condition when activated. The pre-proposal conference will be held on 5 September at 9.00am (Harare Time) at the U.S. Embassy New Compound in Bluffhill, Harare. Prospective offerors/quoters should contact complete the attached Access form and email it to HarareGSOProurement@state.gov by 3 September before 1700hrs to arrange entry to the building. Quotations are due by 15 September 2025, 1700hrs (Harare Time). No quotations will be accepted after this time.
