Supply and delivery of potable bulk potable water to Embassy residences. The anticipated performance period is for a base period of twelve months and four one-year option periods, at the option of the Government. Prospective offerors must be able to comply with all legal and regulatory requirements for operating in Zimbabwe The Government intends to award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the lowest priced technically acceptable offeror who is a responsible contractor. The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed with economic adjustment price type contract. All contractors must be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management Database https://www.sam.gov prior to proposal submission as required by FAR 4.1102(a). Therefore, prospective offerors are encouraged to register immediately upon receipt of this proposal if they are interested in submitting an offer. An offeror that is not registered at time of proposal submission may be deemed non- responsible with no further consideration
