The American Embassy Mbabane in Eswatini requires preventive maintenance services Wastewater Treatment systems. The systems are as follows; Sanitary Sewer Collection System and Waste Water Treatment Plant. The service shall result in all systems being serviced under this agreement being in good operational condition when activated. The wastewater treatment service contract includes but is not limited to combinations of physical methods, chemical methods, equipment servicing and testing to control wastewater-related issues such as flow control, blower maintenance & operation, air diffuser operation and adjustment, activated sludge aeration (Dissolved Oxygen), clarifier cleaning and operation, weir cleaning and adjustment, air-lift pumps operation and adjustment, filtration cleaning and operation (if applicable), disinfection control, effluent testing and adjustment. All work shall comply with the requirements described in the following, as a minimum: AWWA Standards (American Water Works Association) ANSI Standards SDS Regulations ASTM D NFPA Codes UL Standards IEEE Standards NEMA Standards OSHA Standards And all applicable manufacturer O&M and installation instructions/requirements.
