The purposes of this amendment are to extend the due date of the proposal, update the Scope of Work, provide for a pre-quote conference, and provide answers to four questions submitted by potential vendors as follows: The proposal due date is extended by six days to May 13, 2024 at 17:00 hours local time. A Pre-Proposal Conference is scheduled for April 24 at 14:00 hours at the Embassy compound. The following is added to the solicitation under, “ADDENDUM TO SOLICITATION PROVISIONS FAR AND DOSAR PROVISIONS NOT PRESCRIBED IN PART 12.” FAR 52.237-1 SITE VISIT (APR 1984) The site visit will be held on April 24,2024 at 14:00hours (local time) at U.S. Embassy Mbabane compound. Prospective offerors/quoters should contact Mduduzi Mndzebele at Mbabaneprocurement@state.gov no later than 10:00hours on Tuesday April 23,2024, for additional information or to arrange entry to the building. III. Update the Scope of Work, Section II (General) item #A, paragraph #2 (page 15) to remove the reference to 25 Mbps and replace with/reference 35 Mbps as follows: IV. Q&A Is there currently an Incumbent providing the primary and/or secondary Internet/VPN circuity? The two incumbents are Real Image Pty Ltd and Jenny Internet Swaziland (Pty) Ltd. On the included CLIN’s, prices for 35,45, and 50Mbps are mentioned, but not 25mbps which is discussed later in the solicitation. Should I include a price for 6 months and 12 months of 25 Mbps service? The references to 25Mbps are removed from the RFQ. See updates to the SOW shown herein. Can we schedule a date for an open site survey for competitive contractors to meet the POC and see the site? Solicitation has been amended to include pre-proposal conference. See FAR 52.237-1 included herein. 4. Can I visit the site independently to perform a survey? Vendors may participate in the pre-quote/site survey. The Government will not entertain independent visits to the site.
