U.S. Embassy in Windhoek hereby provides the following pre-solicitation notice in respect of the issuance of a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for: The provision of janitorial- and landscaping/gardening services at our three field offices in Oshakati, Rundu and Katima Mulilo. The contractor shall provide all mentioned services as per the detailed Statement of Work, which will be added when the full solicitation is published. The U.S. Government may award the contract, based on the initial offer, without discussion. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed priced type of contract. The U.S. Government plans to issue the solicitation on SAM.gov and on the U.S. Embassy website, towards the end of July 2025. Please see RFQ for actual response date.
