The U.S. Embassy in Windhoek hereby provides the following solicitation notice in respect of the issuance of a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for: The re-instatement/rehabilitation of a section of the tar road and pavement at the old Embassy building at 14 Lossen Street, Ausspannplatz, Windhoek. The contractor shall provide all mentioned services as per the detailed Statement of Work, which is added to this solcititation for all interested parties to download. The US Government may award the contract, based on the initial offer, without discussion. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed priced type of contract. This solicitation to now issued and published on this platform, SAM.gov and will also be advertised on the local U.S. Embassy website, as from today, July 03, 2025.
