The Government will pay the Contractor on a monthly basis for Standard Services that have been satisfactorily performed. The Contractor shall provide complete mobile telephones services for an estimated 50 official lines which among others include calls within Namibia and international, SMS and roaming services, etc.

The U.S. Embassy Windhoek hereby provides the following Pre-solicitation Notice in respect of the issuance of a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for: The provision of mobile telephone services to the Embassy of the United States of America in Windhoek, Namibia. The Contractor shall provide complete mobile telephones services for an estimated 50 official lines which among others include calls within Namibia and international, SMS and roaming services, cell phone rentals etc. This solicitation may result in an award of a contract for one Base year and one option year, if exercised by the U.S. Government. The government may award the contract based on the initial offer, without discussion. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price type contract. The Government plans to issue the solicitation on SAM.gov and the U.S. Embassy website, after mid May 2024. Please see RFQ for actual proposal response date.
