The provision of fuel card services to the Embassy of the United States of America in Windhoek, Namibia. The Contractor shall provide a fuel card service which can deliver an efficient and economic fuel card solution for a medium sized vehicle fleet comprising of mainly cars, mini-buses and small light duty vehicles including a forklift. This solicitation may result in an award of a contract for one Base year and four option years, if exercised by the U.S. Government. The U.S. Government intends to award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the lowest priced, technically acceptable offeror who is a responsible contractor. The government may award the contract based on the initial offer, without discussion. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price type contract. The Government plans to issue the solicitation on Beta.SAM by mid July 2021. Please see RFQ for actual proposal response date.
