The Contractor shall provide a Service Rate Subscription plan which includes unlimited calls within the Embassy’s “Virtual Private Network” (also known as “Family & Friends” or “Within Enterprise”) for a fixed monthly price. The US Embassy Windhoek is requesting cellphone plans/packages totaling 250 SIM cards for its employees. The contract will be for a one-year period from the date of the contract award, with (three) 3 one-year options to renew.

The U.S. Embassy Windhoek hereby provides the following Pre-solicitation Notice in respect of the issuance of a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for: The provision of mobile telephone services to the Embassy of the United States of America in Windhoek, Namibia. The Contractor shall provide complete mobile telephones services for an estimated 210 official lines which among others include calls within Namibia and international, SMS and roaming services, cell phone rentals etc. This solicitation may result in an award of a contract for one Base year and three option years, if exercised by the U.S. Government. The government may award the contract based on the initial offer, without discussion. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price type contract. The Government plans to issue the solicitation on Beta.SAM and the U.S. Embassy website, after mid April 2021. Please see RFQ for actual proposal response date.
