This is a NOTICE OF INTENT for the Government to award Sole Source extension for Cellphone Services for Embassy Windhoek. This modification will be under NAICS code 517112 to Mobile Telecommunication (MTC) Pty Ltd. The estimated period of performance is up to 11 months. This is a sole source requirement in accordance with authority citation, 41 USC 253(c) (1), and Federal Acquisition Regulation Part 6.302-1 - Only one responsible source no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Mobile Telecommunication (MTC) is considered the only responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy the agency requirements. See attached J&A. The services will be provided for Embassy Windhoek. This is not a request for proposal and the intent of this notice is to meet regulatory disclose requirements, however, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the Department. The Contractor shall provide a fuel card service which can deliver an efficient and economic fuel card solution for a medium sized vehicle fleet comprising of mainly cars, mini-buses and small light duty vehicles including a forklift. This solicitation may result in an award of a contract for one Base year and four option years, if exercised by the U.S. Government. The U.S. Government intends to award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the lowest priced, technically acceptable offeror who is a responsible contractor.
