The U.S. Embassy Windhoek hereby provides the following Pre-solicitation Notice in respect of the issuance of a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for: The supply and installation of the rainwater harvesting tanks at 16 residences in Windhoek. The contractor shall provide all materials necessary for the fully comprehensive work, unless otherwise specified. Each tank should have a minimum of 5000L. The government may award the contract based on the initial offer, without discussion. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price type contract. The Government plans to issue the solicitation on SAM.gov and the U.S. Embassy website, towards end of July 2024. Please see RFQ for actual proposal response date. NOTE: Registration in the US System for Award Management (SAM) database is mandatory to be considered for award.
