The U.S. Embassy Hanoi seeks a contractor for residential make-ready cleaning services under a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) from January 2027 through December 2031. The contractor must provide all labor, supervision, equipment, tools, cleaning materials, and supplies necessary for the services. Estimated purchases through the BPA will not exceed USD 39,900.00 for the entire performance period. The Embassy is not obligated to purchase any definite amount under individual orders.
