The U.S. Embassy Hanoi, Vietnam, seeks proposals for printer supplies under a three-year Blanket Purchase Agreement tentatively covering December 2026 through December 2029. The contractor must have extensive experience supplying printer supplies and be able to deliver high-quality products that meet the technical requirements and fully address the Statement of Work with qualified personnel, necessary equipment, and sufficient financial resources. Quotations must include VAT if applicable and all other anticipated charges relevant to the Embassy, be submitted in English, and remain valid for at least 120 calendar days. The Government intends to award to the responsible offeror submitting the lowest-priced, technically acceptable quotation based on initial proposals, though it reserves the right to hold discussions if needed. Incomplete proposals will not be considered.
