The U.S. Embassy Hanoi intends to establish a Blanket Purchase Agreement for fuel supplies to its offices and agencies, including vehicles, generators, and other equipment. Performance will be at the U.S. Embassy Hanoi, with the agreement covering December 2026 through November 2031. The estimated total value under this BPA is up to USD 300,000, and individual purchases will not exceed USD 15,000.
