The award will go to the responsible bidder offering the lowest technically acceptable price, with no discussions expected unless necessary. Quotations must be valid for at least 120 calendar days. Bidders must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) and provide their Unique Entity Identifier (UEI) at the time of submission. The campaign will be performed nationwide.
