Updated note on April 08, 2023: RFP amendment # 19VM3023R0002-0002 is issued to update changes in Section B – Prices and Section C – Work Statement, and to extend the proposal submission deadline from April 24, 2023 to May 05, 2023 at 17h00 local time. Thank you for your consideration Updated note on March 15, 2023: RFP amendment # 19VM3023R0002-0001 is for extension on the proposal submission deadline. The U.S. Government is updating the policy for the Local Compensation Plan that will impact the Work Statement. The new policy is not ready to be issued as of this date. We will provide the RFP amendment for change updates when it is available. Thank you for your consideration. ~~~~~ The U.S. Embassy Hanoi, Vietnam has issued a solicitation for Health Insurance Services for the Locally Employed Staff (LES) for the U.S. Mission in Vietnam to include Embassy Hanoi and the U.S. Consulate General in Ho Chi Minh City. Major duties and responsibilities providing health insurance services to the U.S. Embassy Hanoi and the U.S. Consulate General HCMC LES. The anticipated performance period is for a base year, with four one-year option periods, if exercised by the Government. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which will be considered. The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price type contract. The Embassy intends to conduct a pre-proposal conference at the site, The pre-proposal conference will be held on February 15, 2023 at 10h00AM (local time) at the US Embassy Hanoi Annex, 170 Ngoc Khanh, Ba Dinh, Hanoi, Vietnam. Prospective offerors should contact Bui Huyen Trang at BuiTH@state.gov by February 13, 2023 at 12h00PM local time for additional information or to arrange entry to the building All contractors must be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://www.sam.gov prior to submitting an offer pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7.
