January 26, 2022 - The solicitation is updated to include the minutes of the pre-solicitation conference and responses to solicitation questions that were received by Jan 11, 2020 - both documents are attached to this solicitation. Please see two (2) attachments: 19VM3022Q0003 - Solicitation for Travel Management Services for the US Mission in Vietnam 2022 - 2027 AND Amendement to Solicitation 0001. Solicitiation 001 revises the pricing table in Section 1, paragraph 2.3.2 and extends the deadline for submission of quotations to February 14, 2022. In addition, responses to solicitation questions that were received by January 11, 2022 will be posted on SAM.gov by January 28, 2022. The Contractor shall provide travel management services for official domestic and international travel of U.S. Government employees and their dependents of the U.S. Embassy in Hanoi and the U.S. Consulate General in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The Contractor shall provide the Government with the reservation and ticketing services which industry practice normally accords corporate or private travelers, to include new and improved reservation and ticketing technologies. These shall include a 24-hour, toll-free number available to travelers to perform emergency itinerary changes and emergency services outside regular Embassy Hanoi business hours. At each site, the Contractor shall provide a Site Manager who is experienced in operating automated reservation and ticketing equipment to arrange transportation. The Contractor shall comply with mandatory Government programs for air travel. The anticipated performance period is for a base year, with four one-year option periods, if exercised by the Government. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which will be considered. The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price type contract. The Government is planning a pre-quotation conference at local time 14:00 on January 10, 2022 at the Embassy Annex, Rose Garden Building, 170 Ngoc Khanh- Hanoi- Vietnam. All contractors have to be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://www.sam.gov prior to contract award pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7. Therefore, prospective offerors are encouraged to register prior to the submittal of quotations/proposals.
