The U.S. Embassy Caracas requires new, unused uniforms for its Facilities Staff. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation under FAR 12.6, with offers requested directly and no separate written solicitation issued. Award will be made to the lowest-priced, technically acceptable offeror, and the government may consider partial offers if no complete acceptable bid is received. Offerors must be registered in SAM with a valid UEI at the time of offer and throughout contract performance. Performance will occur at the U.S. Embassy Caracas.
