The U.S. Embassy in Caracas, Venezuela, is seeking to purchase batteries for its Chancery main uninterruptible power supply (UPS) system. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation under FAR 12.6, and offers are being requested directly without a separate written solicitation. Award will be made to the lowest-priced, technically acceptable offeror, with SAM registration and a valid UEI required at the time of offer and award. Contract performance will be at the U.S. Embassy in Caracas. Written questions regarding the solicitation must be submitted by email by August 10, 2026.
