The Embassy of the United States of America in Tashkent is soliciting quotations for a qualified contractor to provide NEC Chiller System Preventive Maintenance Service (PMS) for the Embassy of the United States of America in Tashkent. Quotations are due on or before 12:00 pm Tashkent time (GMT+5) on June 13, 2025 and must be hand-delivered in a sealed envelope marked “Quotation 19UZ8025Q0020 Enclosed" to the following address: Attention: Contracting Officer Embassy of the United States of America 3 Moyqorghon Street, 5th block, Yunusobod District, Tashkent, Uzbekistan 100093 In order for a proposal to be considered, you must also complete and submit the following: SF-1449; Section 12, 17, 23, 24, & 30 Section 1 - Price table. Section 3 - Solicitation provisions The contract performance periods are specified in Section I of the solicitation. The U.S. Government intends to award a contract to the responsible company submitting an acceptable quotation at the lowest price. We intend to award a contract based on initial quotations, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so. A pre-proposal conference for this project is scheduled for 10:00 am Tashkent time (GMT+5) on May 20, 2025 at the Embassy address listed above. All interested offerors are invited to attend and must request access at least 48 hours in advance to TashkentProcurement@state.gov. Offerors shall be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) database at https://www.sam.gov prior to submittal of their offer/proposal as prescribed under FAR 4.1102. Failure to be registered at time of proposal submission may deem the offeror’s proposal to be considered non-responsible and no further consideration will be given. Therefore, offerors are highly encouraged to register immediately if they are interested in submitting a response to this requirement. The Embassy of the United States in Uzbekistan will launch the solicitation on the https://uz.usembassy.gov/embassy/tashkent/procurement-and-contracting/ website when it is available. The American Embassy in Tashkent requires preventive maintenance services for Chiller System. These services shall result in all systems being serviced under agreement being in good operational condition when activated. The Contractor shall provide all necessary managerial, administrative and direct labor personnel, as well as all transportation, equipment, tools, supplies and materials required to perform inspection, maintenance, and component replacement as required to maintain the systems in accordance with the work statement. The offeror must be an authorized service provider certified by YORK. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered. The Government plans to issue the solicitation on or about May 9, 2025. Advance payments are not authorized. Pursuant the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) 4.1102(a) Offerors and quoters are required to be registered in SAM at the time an offer or quotation is submitted (accessed through www.sam.gov) . Again, this solicitation will be issued via this website - no paper copies will be mailed. The Government intends to award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the lowest priced technically acceptable offeror who is a responsible contractor. The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price type contract. Electronic offers will be accepted.
