If you would like to submit a quotation, please follow the instructions set forth in Section 3 below, complete the required portions of the attached solicitation, and submit it to the address shown on the Standard Form 1449 that follows this letter. The U.S. government intends to award a contract to the responsible company submitting an acceptable quotation at the lowest price. We intend to award a contract/purchase order based on initial quotations, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so. The successful offeror(s) will be required to have a DUNS number and be registered in SAM/CCR through the following sites: DUNS (www.dnb.com) and SAM/CCR (www.sam.gov). All quotations shall be submitted by electronic mail to TashkentProcurement@state.gov with the subject 19UZ8025Q0017 not later than 12:00 pm Tashkent time on April 30, 2025. The Contractor shall furnish and deliver left-handed motor EURO 5 Standard Gasoline vehicles to the U.S. Embassy in Tashkent, Uzbekistan, located at 3 Moyqorgon, in accordance with the specifications and terms and conditions set forth herein. Warranty shall be honored through a dealer located in Tashkent, Uzbekistan, with original equipment manufacturer (OEM) parts for the vehicles available locally. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered. The Government plans to issue the solicitation on or about March 30, 2025. Advance payments are not authorized. Pursuant the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) 4.1102(a) Offerors and quoters are required to be registered in SAM at the time an offer or quotation is submitted (accessed through www.sam.gov) . Again, this solicitation will be issued via this website - no paper copies will be mailed. The Government intends to award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the lowest priced technically acceptable offeror who is a responsible contractor. The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price type contract.
