Enclosed is a Request for Quotations (RFQ) for Preventive maintenance services for the building gas boilers in U.S. Embassy Tashkent. If you would like to submit a quotation, follow the instructions in Section 3 of the solicitation, complete the required portions of the attached document, and submit the completed package to the address shown on the Standard Form 1449 that follows this letter. The U.S. Government intends to award a contract to the responsible company submitting an acceptable offer at the lowest price. We intend to award a contract based on initial quotations, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so. The Embassy intends to conduct a pre-quotation conference at the site. The pre-proposal conference will be held on January 28, 2025 at 10:00 (local time) at U.S. Embassy Tashkent. Prospective offerors/quoters should contact TashkentProcurement@state.gov for additional information or to arrange entry to the building with 48 hours advance notice. Quotations are due by 14:00 Tashkent time on February 14, 2025. No quotations will be accepted after this time. Proposals must be in English, and incomplete proposals will not be accepted. The Contractor shall maintain the gas boilers in a safe, reliable and efficient operating condition. The Contractor shall provide all necessary managerial, administrative and direct labor personnel, and as well as all necessary transportation, equipment, tools, repair parts, supplies and materials required to perform inspection, maintenance, repair, and component replacement as required to maintain the elevators in accordance with the manufacturer's specifications. Under this contract the Contractor shall provide: The services of trained and qualified technicians to inspect, adjust, and perform scheduled preventive maintenance. The boilers shall be clean and in good operating condition upon completion of the service. The preventive maintenance service shall result in the parts of the system serviced being in a condition to operate efficiently and effectively. Advance payments are not authorized. Successful offerors shall be registered with the SAM (accessed through www.sam.gov) prior to contract award. Again, this solicitation will be issued via this website - no paper copies will be mailed. The Government intends to award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the lowest priced technically acceptable offeror who is a responsible contractor. The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price type contract.
