The Embassy of the United States in Uzbekistan will launch the solicitation on the https://uz.usembassy.gov/embassy/tashkent/procurement-and-contracting/ website when it is available. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered. The Government plans to issue the solicitation on August 3, 2023. The Contractor shall furnish and deliver left-handed motor vehicles to the U.S. Embassy in Tashkent, Uzbekistan, located at 3 Moyqorgon, in accordance with the specifications and terms and conditions set forth herein. Warranty shall be honored through a dealer located in Tashkent, Uzbekistan, with original equipment manufacturer parts for the vehicles available locally. This is a firm-fixed price type of contract. The prices listed below shall include all labor, materials, overhead, profit, and transportation necessary to deliver the required items to the U. S. Embassy Tashkent, Uzbekistan. All prices should be submitted in US Dollars. Advance payments are not authorized. Successful offerors shall be registered with the SAM (accessed through www.sam.gov) prior to contract award. Again, this solicitation will be issued via this website - no paper copies will be mailed. The Government intends to award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the lowest priced technically acceptable offeror who is a responsible contractor. The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price type contract. All contractors have to be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://www.sam.gov prior to contract award pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7. Therefore, prospective offerors are encouraged to register prior to the submittal of quotations/proposals.
