The Embassy of the United States of America in Tashkent is soliciting quotations for a qualified contractor to provide cleaning services for U.S. Embassy Tashkent Residences. Quotations are due on or before 12:00PM Tashkent time on January 17, 2023 and must be hand-delivered to the following address: Attention: Contracting Officer Embassy of the United States of America 3, Mayqorghon Street, 5th block, Yunusobod District, Tashkent, Uzbekistan 100093 The offerors should notify the contact listed in Block 7.A of Standard Form 1449 on page 2 of this solicitation to arrange receipt of the offer. Submit your proposal in a sealed envelope marked “Quotation 19UZ8023Q0001 Enclosed" to the Contracting Officer on or before 12:00PM Tashkent time on January 17, 2023. NO proposal will be accepted after this time. In order for a proposal to be considered, you must also complete and submit the following: 1. SF-1449; Section 12, 17, 23, 24, & 30 2. Section 1 - Base periods price table. 3. Section 3 - Solicitation provisions The contract performance period is specified in Section I of the solicitation. The U.S. Government intends to award a contract to the responsible company submitting an acceptable quotation at the lowest price. We intend to award a contract based on initial quotations, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so. Offerors must be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) database at https://www.sam.gov prior to submittal of their offer/proposal as prescribed under FAR 4.1102. Failure to be registered at time of proposal submission may deem the offeror’s proposal to be considered non-responsible and no further consideration will be given. Therefore, offerors are highly encouraged to register immediately if they are interested in submitting a response to this requirement. A pre-proposal conference for this project is scheduled for 10:30 AM Tashkent time on December 28, 2022 at the Embassy address listed above. All interested offerors are invited to attend and must request access at least 48 hours in advance. The Embassy of the United States in Tashkent will launch the solicitation on Sam.Gov website when it is available. The solicitation will be for Cleaning Services for the U.S. Embassy Tashkent Residences. The anticipated performance period is for a base year, with 2 one-year option periods, if exercised by the Government. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered. The Government intends to award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the lowest priced technically acceptable offeror who is a responsible contractor. The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price type contract. The Government is planning a pre-quotation conference and site visits and the date for this conference will be in the solicitation.
