Please note that this is a combined solicitation for a commercial item, prepared in accordance with the format FAR 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is 19UP3021Q0017 and is issued as a Request for Quotation. The solicitation/contract will include all applicable provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2021-06. Items to be acquired: 1) Standard Language Program (Individual In-Person and Online Language Classes) – 9,000 sessions, 2) Intensive Language Program (Individual In-Person and Online Language Classes or Small Group Classes) – 2,400 sessions. The resultant contract will be a fixed-priced Indefinite-Delivery Indefinite-Quantity for the period of twelve months. Award will be made to the lowest priced, technically acceptable offeror. We intend to award a contract based on initial quotations, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so. The resultant contract will be a fixed-priced Indefinite-Delivery Indefinite-Quantity for the period of twelve months. The U.S. Government intends to award a contract to the responsible company submitting an acceptable quotation at the lowest price. We intend to award a contract order based on initial quotations, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so. All prospective offerors should be registered in System for Award Management (SAM, www.sam.gov) at the time an offer is submitted, and shall continue to be registered until time of the award of the contract, during performance, and through final payment under the contract.
