Only companies or individuals specializing in this field should apply. The Government intends to award a contract/purchase order to the responsible company submitting an acceptable offer at the lowest price. We intend to award a contract/purchase order based on initial quotations, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so. When responding to this solicitation, the Contractor must certify that: they are in compliance in all respects with all applicable Federal anti-discrimination laws, and agree that such certification is material to the government’s payment decisions for purposes of section 31 USC 3729(b)(4) (False Claims Act); and they do not operate any programs promoting Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion that violate any applicable Federal anti-discrimination laws. It is compulsory for all companies doing business with the U.S. Government valued over $30,000 to register on a website called “SAM – System for Award Management” www.sam.gov. The website compiles standard information such as the company legal name, street address, contact information, and what kind of goods and services it offers. Interested parties are strongly encouraged to register their business as soon as possible to avoid any delay in making an award to the successful bidder. The US Embassy intends to conduct a pre-quotation conference at the site. The pre-proposal conference will be held on the 20th of February 2025 at 10.30am at the US Embassy, 33 Nine Elms Lane, London SW11 5US United Kingdom. Please ensure you provide the names of the individuals who will attend the site visit on or before the 14th February 2025 to the email address below. Please submit any questions you may have concerning the solicitation documents in writing to procurement_box5@state.gov by 24th of February 2025 at 17.00 pm. Responses will be sent in writing.
