The US Embassy London has a requirement for the maintenance of their Uninterruptible Power Supplies (UPS) Systems. The Government intends to award a Purchase Order resulting from this solicitation to the lowest priced technically acceptable offeror who is a responsible contractor. Only companies specializing in this field in the United Kingdom should apply. The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant Contract will be a Firm Fixed Price type contract, Please see the RFQ documents attached to this solicitation for full information. Quotations are due by 5:00pm BST on July 31, 2024. Please submit your quote to LondonProc@state.gov with the subject "19UK5624Q0047 - UPS Maintenance". Is compulsory for all companies doing business with the U.S. Government valued over USD $30,000 to register on “SAM – System for Award Management”, www.sam.gov The website compiles standard information such as company legal name, street address, contact information, and what kind of goods and services it offers. To register in SAM, an NCAGE code is required. If you do not have this information, it must be obtained before registering. There is no cost involved to obtain the NCAGE code or to register in SAM. Interested parties are strongly encouraged to register their business as soon as possible to avoid any delay in making an award to the successful bidder.
