The U.S Embassy in London is looking for Professional Digitization and Archive Services. There are five standard Bankers’ boxes of various sized, unbound condolence book leaves. These items are currently stored in the U.S. Embassy Chancery building in Nine Elms, London. The Government requires a professional digitization and archival professional to document and provide physical and electronic archival services for the contents of these boxes. Award will be made to the lowest priced technically acceptable offeror who is a responsible Contractor. The Government may award a Purchase Order based on an initial offer without discussion. Any awards made are firm fixed price type agreements. U.S. Government Contractors receiving an award valued at $30,000 USD or greater must register in the System for Award Management (SAM) Database www.sam.gov prior to contract award pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7. The website compiles standard information such as company legal name, street address, contact information, and the kinds of goods and services offered. There is no cost involved, neither in obtaining the NCAGE code nor to register in SAM. Prospective offerors are encouraged to register prior to the submittal of quotations/proposals. There will be a site visit at the U.S. Embassy London, 33 Nine Elms Ln, London SW11 7US on Thursday, May 23 at 10:30 am. Please confirm your attendance by emailing londonproc@state.gov with names of attendees no later than COB Thursday May 16, 2024. All attendees must bring Government issued ID. Any questions regarding this request for quote (RFQ) must be submitted to londonproc@state.gov no later than COB Friday May 24, 2024. All questions and answers will be combined onto one document and issued to all parties interested in this RFQ. Interested parties should download the RFQ package attached and provide their quotation to londonproc@state.gov with the subject “19UK5624Q0038-Professional Digitization and Archive Services ” by 5PM BST on Monday, June 10, 2024. Your proposal should include all information as requested in Section 3 of the Statement of Work, a completed SF-18, and your SAM UEI number
