The U.S Embassy in London is looking for a responsible contractor to supply and deliver expansion vessels for the heating loop located within the US Embassy building in London. Award will be made to the lowest priced technically acceptable offeror who is a responsible Contractor. The Government may award a Purchase Order based on an initial offer without discussion. Any awards made are firm fixed price type agreements. All U.S. Government Contractors receiving an award valued at $30,000 USD or greater must register in the System for Award Management (SAM) Database www.sam.gov prior to contract award pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7. The website compiles standard information such as company legal name, street address, contact information, and the kinds of goods and services offered. There is no cost involved, neither in obtaining the NCAGE code nor to register in SAM. Prospective offerors are encouraged to register prior to the submittal of quotations/proposals. Interested vendors are required to download the documentation attached, submit any questions they have in writing to LondonProc@state.gov by the 8th April 2024 and send their offer to LondonProc@state.gov. subject line “19UK5624Q0027 - Expansion Vessels for the Heating Loops" by 17:00 hrs on the 19th April 2024. Your proposal shall include: A completed SF18, SAM registration number and EUI details and payment terms.
