The American Embassy London has a requirement for Legal Services in connection with the leasehold enfranchisement for four (4) residential properties and the intent to acquire the freehold interest in the said properties in London, United Kingdom. The Government intends to award a Purchase Order resulting from this solicitation to the lowest priced technically acceptable offeror who is a responsible contractor. Only companies specializing in this field in the United Kingdom should apply for a solicitation package. The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant Contract will be a Firm Fixed Price type contract, therefore all telephone communications and travel expenses necessary to process and complete this sale must be included in the quotation. To register in SAM, an NCAGE code is required. If you do not have this information, it must be obtained before registering. There is no cost involved to obtain the NCAGE code or to register in SAM.
