The U.S. Embassy London has a requirement for the maintenance and certification of seven (7) electrical automatic transfer switches (ATS) at the US Embassy London. The Contractor shall provide all necessary managerial, administrative and direct labor personnel, as well as insurance, necessary transportation, equipment, tools, repair parts, supplies and materials required to accomplish all work required by this contract. The anticipated performance period is one (1) base year with two (2) option years. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered. The Government may award the contract based on initial offers without discussion. The resultant contract will be firm fixed price type contract. All contractors must be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) database at https://www.sam.gov prior to submitting an offer pursuant to FAR 52.204-7. Therefore, prospective offerors are encouraged to register prior to the submittal of quotations/proposals. This opportunity is subject to FAR 52.229-12 - Tax on Certain Foreign Procurements.
