The Embassy of the United States in the United Kingdom will launch the solicitation on the SAM.gov website when it is available. The U.S. Embassy London has a requirement for the maintenance and service of vehicle sliding gates . The U.S. Embassy requires the Contractor to maintain the six (6) sliding vehicle gates in a safe, reliable and efficient manner to ensure the continual uninterrupted operation of equipment. The Contractor shall provide all necessary managerial, administrative and direct labor personnel, and as well as all necessary transportation, equipment, tools, repair parts, supplies and materials required to perform inspection, maintenance, repair, and component replacement as required to maintain the relevant equipment or system in accordance with the manufacturer's specifications and the frequencies specified within this solicitation. The anticipated performance period is one (1) Base Year with three (3) one-year Option period(s) which may be exercised at the sole discretion of the U.S. Government. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered. All contractors must be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://www.sam.gov prior to submitting an offer pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7. Therefore, prospective offerors are encouraged to register prior to the submittal of quotations/proposals.
