There will be a site visit at 10:00 on Wednesday April 6, 2022 at Lawrence Mews, 257-259 Upper Richmond Road, Putney, London SW15 6DL. Due to the current situation with COVID-19, we request that interested companies limit themselves to a single attendee and that all site visit attendees bring an appropriate face covering. Consequently, if your bid is priced at $30,000 or more, your company must have an active registration at the time your bid is submitted in order to be considered for technical evaluation. The Embassy of the United States in the United Kingdom will launch the solicitation on the SAM.gov website when it is available. The United States Mission to the United Kingdom has a current and ongoing requirement for painting services at various Government properties. The anticipated performance period is for a base year, with two one-year option periods, if exercised by the Government. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which will be considered. The Government may award the contract based on an initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract will be an indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ) type contract. The Government is planning a pre-quotation conference and the date for this conference will be in the solicitation. All contractors have to be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://www.sam.gov prior to contract award pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7. Therefore, prospective offerors are encouraged to register prior to the submittal of quotations/proposals.
