There will be a site visit on July 26, 2022, at 10:30am at the US Embassy, 33 Nine Elms Lane, London, SW11 7US. If you are interested in attending, please respond by noon on July 22, 2022, with your company name and name of attendees to Susan Perry, email: perrysx@state.gov. Bids are due in by August 12, 2022, by 5:00pm. Please send one (1) copy of your completed bid electronically to londonproc@state.gov. If you have any questions regarding this RFQ, please email them to: londonproc@state.gov before 5:00pm on August 3, 2022. The U.S. Embassy, London requires a specialist company to supply and install a new sewage holding/transfer tank in the basement of the Chancery building. The vendor is also required to relocate the existing pumps station so it can be used for the new sewage tank. The vendor shall complete a full assessment of the tank room and its features, existing sanitary waste pipes that drain into the tank, discharge pipe, and any other related services. The new sewage/holding tank will be utilized to handle the building Peak Daily Flow (64 m3/day). All companies doing business with the U.S. Government valued at over $30,000 must register in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov. The website compiles standard information such as company legal name, street address, contact information, and what kind of goods and services it offers. To register in SAM, a DUNS number and a NCAGE code are required. If you do not have this information, it must be obtained before registering. There is no cost involved, either in obtaining the numbers or registering in SAM. Interested parties are strongly encouraged to register their business as soon as possible to avoid any delay in finalizing an award. Please note that RFQ #19UK5622Q0053 will be published on SAM.gov as soon as possible after the expration of this pre-solicitation notice on June 10, 2022.
