The Embassy of the United States of America in London requires health insurance coverage for the locally employed staff of the US Consulate General in Hamilton, Bermuda. The Embassy encourages prospective offerors to offer off-the-shelf plans that meet at least the minimum benefit levels required in this solicitation. The anticipated performance period is for a base year, with four one-year option periods, if exercised by the Government. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which will be considered. The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price type contract. The Government is planning a pre-quotation conference on Tuesday March 2nd 2021 at 10am Atlantic Standard Time Zone (AST) at the Consulate in Bermuda and also over Microsoft Teams. Offerors who are interested in attending should contact londonproc@state.gov before 12.00pm (noon) Atlantic Standard Time (AST) on the 26th February 2021 with the full names of their participants. All questions must be received in writing no later than 12th March 2021. Please address your questions to the Contracting Officer, at londonproc@state.gov Responses are due no later than 12.00pm (noon) Atlantic Standard Time (AST) on the 12th April 2021. Therefore, prospective offerors are encouraged to register prior to the submittal of quotations/proposals.
