The Contractor will need to provide complete mobile telecommunication services on a 24 hours per day 365 days per year basis to the U.S. Government. Services provided shall include but not be limited to: Mobile Telephone Equipment (i.e. standard cell phones and "smartphones"); Purchase of new unlocked standard cell phones and smartphones with or without SIM cards; Mobile voice and 4G data services for smartphones and mobile data devices; 5G data services when/where available; Mobile voice services for standard cell phones; Voice calls and SMS text messaging within the United Kingdom; voice calls and SMS text messaging when roaming internationally; International roaming data services; Voice Mail Data Services; Calls to UK and International Directory enquiry numbers; Calls to other Premium Rate Services; 24 hour Customer service; Monthly detailed billing of calls/SMS/data usage; Ability for both Embassy administrators and cell service users to monitor voice and data usage. The closing date to request a solicitation package is January 13, 2020. The solicitation package is now available for download. There will be a site visit on Friday 17th January, 2020 at 10:30am at the US Embassy 33 Nine Elms Lane. If you are interested in attending, please respond by 12:00 on 15th January 2020 with your company name and name of attendees (3 max per company). All attendees will need to provide a valid license or passport when visiting and please note that parking will not be available. If you have any questions regarding this RFQ, please email them to londonproc@state.gov before 12:00 noon on Tuesday 21th January 2020. Responses will be sent in writing to all contractors on our list of intersted parties and posted here. Bids are due in by 17:00 (Local London Time) on Wednesday 12th February, 2020. Please send one (1) copy of your completed bid electronically to londonproc@state.gov or submit via this website. Your submittal should include: a completed copy of the SF-1449 form, a completed copy of the pricing tables from SECTION 1 of the solicitation and everything listed in SECTION 3 - SOLICITATION PROVISIONS of the attached solicitation document.
